Appearance of unit properties

To All Tenents! We work hard every day to keep the appearance of our park a nice place to come and visit. Lately the overall appearance of the unit properties has become lax. If you will re-read your rules and regulations, in particular Sections D. and E. you will find that a good number of tenents are in violation of the general appearance rules required by the park. Please look at your property and lets all join in and work on improving the general appearance of our park by doing your part in cleaning up your area. Thank you.
Gate Passes

As a result of numerous requests, we will be securing the bath house and the pool with electronic gate keepers. Our intention is to provide an added measure of security for our customers and tenants. If you don't have a gate card, they are issued at the office and the cost is $25.00 per card. 1 Card per family. Please assist us in making sure that only campground visitors are accessing these areas. Remember its for your protection and privacy.
Salter Drive Water Recreation Facility

In 2010 the new boat launch on Salter Drive was opened for use. It has had plenty of use and enjoyment to all. We all need to remember to pick up after ourselves and report any violations of the rules or use to the office. Please remember to hang your vehicle pass on your rear view mirror and park diagonal to the road frontage. Enjoy the water and be safe."
